Gran Turismo Sport drops a few features that were series staples

Gran Turismo Sport won’t feature dynamic weather and might not have an offline career mode, series producer Kazunori Yamauchi has revealed.

The tracks that featured dynamic time-lapsing and weather were some of the highlights of the PlayStation 3–era Gran Turismo games.

For Gran Turismo Sport, however, time of day and weather will have to be selected from a menu and won’t transition in the middle of the race.
