The Shadowrun series of tactical turn-based RPGs hasn’t seen a new installment since 2015, when Paradox Interactive released Hong Kong, so its arrival on consoles will be paired with technical improvements including “upscaled graphics, improved performance, and controller-optimized gameplay,” as said by Paradox Interactive in a press release.
Paradox Interactive announced its plans to release a remastered version of the Shadowrun Trilogy.
The Shadowrun Trilogy will include the original Shadowrun Returns, which was the first Kickstarter-funded game to launch after raising over $1 million.
In addition, it will feature the expanded editions of sequels Shadowrun: Dragonfall – Director’s Cut and Shadowrun: Hong Kong – Extended Edition.
