Typically, the launch of any online Blizzard title is met with incredibly long queues, strained servers, and clogged login sessions, as sure as day follows night, this is to be expected — Unfortunately, yesterday’s launch of shooter sequel Overwatch 2 not only had hundreds of thousands of players to contend with, but the servers were hit with a least two DDoS attacks from a party of hackers.

Overwatch 2 is now available as a free-to-play title on PlayStation, PC, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
