Blizzard Entertainment has announced that it won’t host BlizzCon this year.
The annual event was hosted for the first time in person last year since 2020 and was seemingly on the verge of a comeback.
Meanwhile, to celebrate Warcraft’s 30th anniversary, there will be “multiple” in-person celebratory events worldwide, along with in-game celebrations across the franchise.
Though Blizzard has several things to look forward to this year, the company has gone through a rough transitional period since its acquisition by Microsoft.
