Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag Remake Closer to Launch Than Expected, Planned for November 2025 Prior to Shadows Delay – Rumour

Reports emerged last year that among the several Assassin’s Creed titles that were in development at Ubisoft, one was going to be a ground-up remake of the acclaimed 2013 title Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag.

Meanwhile, prior reports had claimed that the next mainline title in the series after Shadows, codenamed Hexe, was targeting a 2026 release.

Though that’s yet to be officially confirmed, Ubisoft itself confirmed earlier this year that it did indeed have multiple Assassin’s Creed remakes in the works.
