Assassin's Creed movie trailer leaps from the dark

We have known an Assassin’s Creed movie was coming, and when Michael Fassbender was announced to play the lead assassin, we thought that the film had potential.

The trailer, which was revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, shows Fassbender as Callum Lynch, a career criminal executed, then saved by Abstergo Industries.

And as with the games, the trailer offers plenty of tumbles, acrobatics and leaps of faith.
