Assassin’s Creed Shadows Trailer Showcases Gorgeous Japanese Setting

Where the map’s size is concerned, Ubisoft has confirmed that the game’s world will be smaller than that in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, instead being comparable to Assassin’s Creed Origins’ map. Assassin’s Creed Shadows launches November 15 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

It’s certainly looking like the game is going to take advantage of the natural diversity of its setting to great effect.

The trailer showcases glimpses of various different locations from the game’s open world map, ranging from snowcapped mountains and lush bamboo forests to gorgeous waterfalls, shrines, bridges, and more.
