Axiom Verge Getting Physical Release on Switch This August

Axiom Verge creator Tom Happ announced on Twitter that his 2015 Metroidvania game will come to Nintendo Switch this summer as a physical release titled Axiom Verge: Multiverse Edition.
Axiom Verge: Multiverse Edition costs $30 on PS4, Vita, and Wii U. The Switch price is slightly higher at $40, but includes a soundtrack CD.
Shacknews editor Ozzie Mejia reviewed Axiom Verge when it released on PC during the summer of 2015.
“Axiom Verge is everything that I’ve loved about the Metroidvania genre, while also adding in ideas that I’ve never seen before,” Ozzie wrote in his review.
