Capcom really put a guy named Martin Sandwich in the new Resident Evil

Martin will be joined by Becca, January, Samuel, Tyrone, and Valerie in Resident Evil Resistance, which will arrive alongside Capcom’s Resident Evil 3 remake on April 3, 2020.

Crucially, one of those survivors — Capcom has confirmed six of them so far — is named Martin Sandwich.

Of course, the obvious joke here is that Martin is somehow related to Jill Valentine, the butt of a terrible joke in the original Resident Evil.
