Today, Hideo Kojima, founder of developer Kojima Productions, announced that his highly-anticipated upcoming open-world action game, Death Stranding, will not be at E3 2017.
For those that don’t know: Death Stranding was first announced during Sony’s E3 2016 presser.
As you may know, the game notably features renown actors Norma Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen, with its title being a reference to the cetacean stranding phenomenon.
In development for the PS4, it is poised to be the first game from the legendary game director — who most notably created the iconic Metal Gear franchise — and his company following the 2015 disbandment of Kojima Productions as a subsidiary of Konami.
