Dragon Quest XI will be released in Japan on July 29th for PS4 and 3DS.
During the same event, Square Enix also showcased some lovely gameplay of both the PS4 and 3DS versions, showing a horse race, the casino, crafting, the skill panel and a bit of combat.
Horii-san added that this means that fans can rest easy, because there won’t be any problems or delays before release. Of course, this is just about the PS4 and 3DS versions, as there are no news about the Nintendo Switch version of the game, that still doesn’t have a firm release date or even a window, despite having been confirmed by both Square Enix and Nintendo.
Today Sqare Enix hosted an event dedicated to Dragon Quest XI in Nagoya, Japan, and series creator Yuji Horii made an announcement about the development situation.
