The company said that because of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake delay, it has instituted a new policy that requires customers who pre-ordered Final Fantasy 7 Remake directly from Square Enix to confirm their orders.
If you previously pre-ordered any version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake from the Square Enix Store, you’ll have until the end of February to keep your order.
Anyone who pre-ordered a version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake from the Square Enix store should search their inboxes from an email and follow the instructions to keep their pre-orders.
7 Remake or the collector’s edition directly from Square Enix, you’ll need to reconfirm your order or else Square Enix will cancel it.
