Gears of War: Ultimate Edition patch enables unlocked frame rate following Windows 10 update

  • Added frame rate limit selector to video options.

  • Remember that a Windows 10 update is required to use the UWP features for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, which you can download directly from Microsoft.

  • The Coalition has patched Gears of War: Ultimate Edition to take advantage of yesterday’s Windows 10 update, which paved the way for unlocked frame rates in Universal Windows Platform games and allowed for G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility.
