Heroes of the Storm balance update focuses on Tracer

Blizzard is releasing a new balance update for Heroes of the Storm today that makes changes to the slightly overpowered time-bending adventurer Tracer.

Basic Attack damage reduced from 29 (+4% per level) to 27 (+4% per level).

“We’re lowering her Health, Basic Attack damage, and increasing Recall’s cooldown to make her less universally powerful.
