Koei Tecmo, the company behind the likes of Rise of the Ronin, Nioh, and the Dynasty Warriors series (among others), says it intends to double down on the AAA console and PC market going forward.
::
As such, Koei Tecmo intends to “steadily produce AAA titles” and says it will prioritize “yearly releases of major titles”.
::
As part of that, the company is also going to double in size, growing from 2,500 employees to 5,000.
::
Earlier this year, the company said it had established a new in-house studio that would be focused on developing AAA games.
