Konami hints we could see a Castlevania game for the Switch

In light of the upcoming Castlevania Netflix series, Konami seems to be taking a look at the game franchise as one to bring back—maybe.

“All I can say is that there is lots of internal discussions going on within Konami regarding what games we can bring to the Nintendo Switch, other than Bomberman, a game which we are well aware of its heritage and how loved it and Castlevania is,” he said.

Of course, early discussions can’t be considered fact, but it’s encouraging to see Konami at least toying with the concept of a new entry in the Castlevania series.
