Madden cover athlete Rob Gronkowski weighs in on the Madden Curse

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski may be Madden NFL 17‘s cover athlete, but he doesn’t appear to be worried about the so-called “Madden Curse.”

EA announced that Madden 17 will release on August 23rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.

Whether the curse is real or not, Gronkowski said that becoming the game’s featured athlete is “a dream come true.”
