NBA 2K16 will finally add a spectator mode, known as StreamCast, with the major caveat that it will only be enabled for games played during the upcoming Road to the Finals eSports tournament.
2K Streamcast lets players watch ongoing and replays in spectator mode starting May 21st, the first day of the 2K16 tournament.
For those interested in trying StreamCast for NBA 2K16, tune in between 10 a.m. PT and 6 p.m. PT on May 21st to catch the first round, with the finals set for June 1st.
Live tournament games will be available to stream from the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, where fans can watch 16 teams compete in a single-elimination for a $250,000 prize, set to coincide with the real NBA finals.
