Beloved Nintendo DS RPG The World Ends with You is getting a sequel at long last soon, and as always sequels tend to do, NEO: The World Ends with You is hoping to be a bigger and better experience in every way possible.
NEO: The World Ends with You is out on July 27 for Nintendo Switch and PS4, and later in the year for PC.
The World Ends with You was roughly 20-30 hours long, so fans will certainly be excited about the prospect of the sequel being twice as big.
Speaking with 4Gamer (via Nintendo Everything), game director Hiroyuki Ito assured that NEO: The World Ends with You is going to have a lot more to do than the first game, with the main story itself apparently being about 50 hours long. “There’s a lot more to do in this game, especially compared to the original game,” Ito said.
