Overwatch Competitive Play Delayed to “Mid-to-Late” July

Responding to a question about competitive seasons in Overwatch, the developer said that, “We’ll be introducing our Competitive Play (hopefully) later in July.

Overwatch, Blizzard Entertainment’s hit team-based multiplayer shooter, was to receive its Competitive Play mode later this month in what was to be the first major update.

Competitive Play was introduced in the closed beta for Overwatch but was subsequently removed from the open bet and full release.
