Larry Hryb (aka “Major Nelson”) has revealed today that eight original Xbox classics are heading to Xbox One’s library of backwards compatible titles today, coming off the announcement last week that a slew of new backwards compatible titles would be coming to the library in the near future.
Overall, that is certainly a fine crop of games with numerous classics in there.
Thanks to the introduction of backwards compatibility on Xbox One, many of the classic games from the past two generations have made their way over to the Xbox One, and now a whole crop of excellent old-time classics are making their way to the system starting today.
Personally, I’m stoked to have the chance to play games like Panzer Dragoon Orta and Conker: Live & Reloaded again, and I’m sure there is something for everyone with the latest round of games added, though more classics are on the way.
