Player completes Doom on perma-death difficulty in just five hours

To make this accomplishment even more impressive, Zero Master finished Ultra Nightmare in less than five hours, just two days after the game was released.

I’m a complete scrub at Doom — at least compared to YouTuber Zero Master, who managed to finish the game on the hardest difficulty setting without dying.

I don’t see myself ever attempting to beat the game on Ultra Nightmare, but I do want to implement some of the strategies Zero Master uses into my own playthrough and see if that will help me improve.
