The most recent project Alavi was attached to was a third game currently in the works at the studio, and despite losing Alavi as its creative director, development will continue.
Respawn Entertainment creative director Mohammad Alavi announced on Twitter this week he has left the studio.
Alavi started his career at Infinity Ward before moving to Respawn Entertainment where he worked for 11 years.
The tweet was retweeted by Respawn boss Vince Zampella who said the new project was “super exciting stuff.”
