Sony Files a Trademark for “The Inpatient”, “Shadow of the Colossus” Ahead of E3 Press Conference

According to the European Union Intellectual Property Office, Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe has trademarked “The Inpatient,” “Shadow of the Colossus” and more marks in Europe.

Notably, this trademark action happens immediately before Sony’s E3 Press Conference, happening later today at Monday 6PM Pacific.

As you can see from the quick screenshot, “The Inpatient” has been trademarked for Class 9 (Computer Game Software), Class 28 (Controllers/Peripherals/Hardware/Electronic Games), and Class 41 (Online Game Services).
