Star Wars: Battlefront 2 Is Officially Coming And Will Feature Content From New Movies

That little development is newsworthy only because Battlefront dealt almost entirely with content from the old movies.
Shortly after EA announced Star Wars: Battlefront has shipped more than 14 million copies the company announced a sequel was indeed in the works.
Even the add-on pack that centered on Jakku focused on a battle that supposedly took place before The Force Awakens was set.
During a recent earnings call, EA CFO Blake Jorgensen said the sequel is going to feature bigger and better worlds and would have content from the new movies.
