There have been plenty of question marks regarding the future of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake over the last year or so, given the development issues being faced by the game behind-the-scenes, and they were recently exacerbated when its announcement trailer on the official PlayStation YouTube channel was set to private, along with PlayStation’s tweet about the game also being removed.
In July last year, it was reported that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake’s development had been put on hold, with developer Aspyr Media allegedly being taken off the project.
In a statement to Kotaku, a Sony spokesperson said that the trailer was delisted due to licensing issues with its music.
A couple of months later, it was claimed that the project had been shifted over to Saber Interactive instead.
