Gideon Emery, the actor behind Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’s tiny robot, BD-1, had a particularly strange approach to capturing the droid.
“He had this nose flute, it’s a weird thing you strap over your nose and it makes these whistling sounds and tones,” Keegan remembers.
Handy when you’re a tiny robot. “There’s an actor who’s brilliant at body, face, voice, incredible voice actor,” Keegan tells me.
Tom Keegan, the performance director on Jedi: Fallen order, had worked with Emery before when he played Fergus in Wolfenstein: The New Order.
