Vans gets colorful, retro Nintendo line

The lace-up styles include Nintendo game logos on the tongue, NES controller lace caplets and (so very cool) “Game over” printed on the waffle sole of the shoes.

The Vans x Nintendo Classic footwear line kicks off on June 3 with variations of the Authentic, the Classic Slip-On and the Sk8-Hi, Old Skool and Sk8-Hi Slim.

Starting this week, fans of classic skate shoes, high-tops and Nintendo will be able to combine their passions through one gloriously colorful collection of Van shoes.
