What if the Xbox One Scorpio is actually the Xbox Two?

Will Microsoft start over from scratch with a completely new Xbox system or will it just update the existing Xbox One?

While most of the conversation about this machine focused on it being an upgrade to the Xbox One, it’s entirely possible that it could actually be a next-generation Xbox console.

Now, given how the Xbox One has fared this gen, and how much more powerful the Scorpio supposedly is, it wouldn’t be completely outlandish to believe that Microsoft may not be releasing an updated Xbox One at all, but an entirely new system — the Xbox Two, if you will.
