Where you can pre-order the special Persona 5 Royal editions

Persona 5 Royal finally has a release date for the English release, and the announcement came with its usual slew of editions to pre-order.
Which version of Persona 5 Royal should you get when it releases on March 31?
This comes with Persona 5 Royal in a steelbook, art book, soundtrack, and a Joker mask with a stand so you can show it off.
The DLC packs include the Kasumi Costume Bundle, the Battle Bundle, the Persona Bundle, and finally the DLC Pack.
