Xbox Project Scorpio promos may secretly reveal its release date

The official site for Project Scorpio states a holiday 2017 release date, and October might be pushing it as far as the “holiday season” goes.

The “X10S” would refer to the console itself (by our count, Scorpio would be the tenth branded model of Xbox released, after the original Xbox, six Xbox 360 variants, the Xbox One, and the Xbox One S) and the “101317” part referring to a potential release date of October 13th, 2017.

This is pretty clearly a dig at Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro, which features 4 teraflops of computing power to Project Scorpio’s 6.
