With Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth out now on PS5 and earning extensive accolades from critics, the development team is focusing on the third and final entry of the Remake saga.
It’s more of a “gentleman’s agreement” rather than an official one, though Uematsu says it would “be my honor.”
It’s also possible that players will explore Rocket Town, cut from Rebirth to flesh out the Gongaga region.
