Nintendo’s Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing apps will be free-to-play

Nintendo’s next two smartphone games, based on Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem, will be free-to-play, the company has revealed.

There’s no word on when exactly the Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem mobile games will be released, but Nintendo’s promised that they’ll arrive before autumn.

These will be games number two and three in Nintendo’s previously stated plan to release five mobile apps before March 2017, with the first being Miitomo.
